The Courses

The courses are divided into 6 different levels, in line with criteria established by the European Council. Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Post-Intermediate and Advanced. If a student already knows some Italian, he or she will undergo a test to determine the exact starting level.

Every level lasts 4 weeks but it is also possible to enrol for a minimum of one week. Courses start every Monday.
The start of the course is normally in the first or last ten days of each month and lasts 4 weeks. If you would like to see our entire course calendar, click here.

Each course may be completed at different intensities.

The course enrolment fee is only 80 Euros and a cost per week of only 216 Euros!!!

Accommodation

Sorrento Lingue offers a variety of accommodation types for its students:

• With a family: for those also wishing to integrate with Italian culture and customs. The Centre can arrange double or single rooms with carefully selected families.
• Shared apartment: the apartments have common use of a kitchen and bathroom, and normally have from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
• Residence: studio apartments with corner kitchen and private bathroom, dedicated to those seeking more privacy.
• Hotels: we have contact with many hotels from 1 to 5 stars, both in Sorrento centre and the surrounding areas, where your stay could be arranged.

Recognition

“Sorrento Lingue” International Language Centre, for the constant maximum quality level of its courses and programmes, is recognized by the Ministry for Education.

Sorrento Lingue collaborates on an ongoing basis with leading foreign universities.

“Sorrento Lingue” Language Centre is based in Sorrento, a town 50 metres above sea level and overlooking the Bay of Naples.
To reach us we have a transfer service to and from Naples Capodichino airport. For those wishing to reach us on their own, we recommend you reach Naples by air or by train and then continue to Sorrento.

From Naples airport there is a direct bus service to Sorrento. If you arrive by train, you could take the Circumvesuviana railway from Naples Central Station.

Another alternative is by sea, taking the hydrofoil or ferry; in this case you need to reach Molo Beverello in the Port area.
